When the heart weeps for what it has lost, the spirit laughs for what it has found.

People leave each other behind.

You gotta do, what you gotta do.

I had a dream last night where I was reading all these Holy Books full of divine knowledge. i was learning how to worship the Mother Goddess in particular parts of my brain, two glands in the front of my head. I was reading the ENCHIRIDION. at first I thought that this was a magick book I had stumbled upon yesterday, but it turns out to be something quite different in a similar tradition.

Mmmmmmm

I have lived through intense debauchery, and though I enjoy this still I have come to realise that it is easy to take care of yourself and to balance that with amazing fun times. It is better to only feel like shit when you are hungover or whatever, and for this to disappear as soon as it should, rather than sticking around for your whole life. It felt like I started getting wasted so that I would have some fun, and then, with the little practical knowledge that I had about living, I started to shrivel on the inside and the outside. For a long time I was just getting wasted to make me feel better after getting wasted, now, once again, I do it when I feel like it simply to have fun.

Here is what I am eating at the moment, and I feel amazing. Not only this, but the stench of inner disorder has all but disappeared, and I am actually healing. Also, temperance has allowed me to realise what I am doing and why, and thus gain greater free-will, choosing to do what is beneficial when the other options are purely destructive, and choosing to do what is destructive at poignant times when I know that it is well balanced by the beneficial.

Breakfast:

1 Handful of Almonds

3 Tablespoons of Honey

Cinnamon to taste

1 Orange

1.5 Tablespoons of Flaxseed Oil

2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

50ml Aloe Vera Juice

(Space these out, they do not mix well in the stomach)

Lunch

1 Cup of Brown Rice

2 Eggs, fried without Oil

1 Tablespoon Tahini

Steamed or Roasted Vegetables

Turmeric

Garlic

Ginger

Cayenne

Soy Sauce

Dinner

50ml Aloe Vera Juice

Very rarely hungry at this time, potentially something similar to lunch but smaller.

I am always searching for more things to add to this diet. I choose foods that have been suggested to me throughout my life by sources that I trust. Many of the ingredients are rather expensive, but the money that you spend going out and eating out is ridiculously higher than that in comparison.

I also meditate for twenty minutes in the morning and twenty minutes at night. I am working this up to half an hour at the moment, and eventually to an hour. I abstain from wasting my masculine energies in fruitless activities, instead using them when the time is right, always with the knowledge that this use is draining and thus each time is a sacrifice as well as a pleasure. These things are important, because, just like the foods, they are beneficial to the body and mind. There are people who perform miracles in regards to their bodies and their health. Look them up. Yogis of various schools. Kinesiologists. Magicians. Ayurvedic specialists. Faith Healers. Reichian therapists. To these, it is all in the mind. It is also faith, but for now there need only be faith that things will be alright coupled with a search for the things that will make it so. If you cannot believe that you can be well, I can guarantee that can not be.

Astronomers recently discovered a quasar, or feeding black hole, with a reservoir containing 140 trillion times the amount of water in all the Earth’s oceans, which is the largest mass of water that’s been detected in the universe. In a press release from Caltech, Matt Bradford, a scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory explains:

The environment around this quasar is unique in that it’s producing this huge mass of water. It’s another demonstration that water is pervasive throughout the universe, even at the very earliest times.

Life, the beauty of it, the energy, the pleasure of it, the immensity of it, you have reduced to such shallow little ‘me’.

figmentmemoirs:

The core belief regarding reincarnation is that the creator castes the souls down onto the planet to live out a number of lifetimes until a bunch of predetermined lessons have been learned.  Once those souls have finished learning all of their lessons, then they no longer have to come back as humans and can move on to another level where they become guardian angels or spirit guides over those who are still living out their life lessons
